Creative Project Manager

Our client, a creative agency, is looking for a Project Manager on a freelance basis, ASAP! Approx 30 hours/week, fully remote, for ~ 2 months. MUST have agency experience!

Responsibilities
- Build, own, and update timelines and milestones across all concurrent projects.
- Track progress against scope and schedule, and surface risks or delays to leadership immediately.
- Coordinate transitions between phases — development, production, post-production, and final delivery
- Support the Executive Producer and Creative Producer with logistics, staffing coordination, and resourcing as needed.
- Support project reconciliation and internal documentation once a project closes.
- Keep project management tools (Airtable, Asana, Slack, Google Drive job folders) organized, current, and easy for the team to use.
- Support new business and bidding efforts by helping structure timelines and schedules from the earliest stages of a project.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management or a similar operational role at a creative agency, production company, or studio.
- Highly organized & comfortable owning multiple moving parts at once
- Confident creating and coordinating schedules across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working across project management tools (Airtable, Asana, Slack, Google Drive)
