Human Resources Manager

Our client, a globally recognized restaurant brand, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their dynamic team in West Hollywood.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the organization’s people initiatives, overseeing employee relations, payroll, employee engagement, compliance training and development, policies, programs, and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership and employees.
- Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems.
- Advise managers on policies, employment practices, and California/Nevada labor laws.
- Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, performance reviews, and retention strategies.
- Manage HR reporting, compliance, employee records, and policy development.
- Lead and support the HR team while partnering with leadership on evolving people initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:
A seasoned HR professional with strong employee relations and compliance expertise, exceptional judgment, and experience in a fast-paced, high-touch hospitality environment. California and Nevada labor law knowledge is essential.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Management
- Knowledge of HR policies/procedures and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient with Microsoft office software
