Corporate Receptionist

A rapidly growing, highly reputable investment firm based in Greenwich, CT is seeking a polished, welcoming, and proactive Corporate Receptionist with previous experience to serve as the face of the firm.

Operating from a premier waterfront office, this role requires someone who takes pride in maintaining an exceptional first impression for visiting institutional investors, executives, and internal teams.

Location: Greenwich, CT (close to train; free garage parking onsite)
Monday – Friday in office from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; 1-hour lunch

Compensation commensurate with experience level: $70,000 – $100,000 range Base Salary+ Discretionary Bonus + paid overtime

Key Responsibilities
• Front Desk Hospitality: Warmly welcome all guests, manage visitor security logging, coat check, and offer high-touch beverage service to maintain a VIP guest experience.
• Complex Conference Room Management: Manage heavy Outlook scheduling, room setups/resets, and catering logistics across 8 high-volume conference rooms.
• Administrative Support: Answer and direct main line phone inquiries with professionalism; assist team Exec Assts during peak periods with ad-hoc projects, travel, expenses, and meeting prep.
• Office & Facility Coordination: Sort and distribute daily mail/packages; oversee office inventory, supply restocks, and weekly/Friday group catering orders.
• Proactive Engagement: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and executive boardrooms while taking initiative on ad-hoc office needs during quiet periods.

Qualifications & Attributes
• Experience: 2+ years of front desk/corporate reception experience in financial services
• Mindset: Highly service-oriented, warm, positive, and genuinely passionate about long-term reception work.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (calendar management) and MS Office; exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Professionalism: Extremely polished demeanor, strong communication skills, and sound discretion handling confidential information.
• Physical Capability: Ability to assist with office supply inventory and package handling
