Marketing Manager (Partner Marketing)
Our client, a global fashion group, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their New York City team and focus on partner marketing across their brand portfolio.
Support the owned and licensed brands with partner accounts – including retailer partners and collaborations reporting to the Senior Director of Global Brand Marketing. Responsibilities include development and execution of seasonal marketing materials, packaging, business development tools, retailer marketing and tracking/recapping marketing campaigns. Candidate must be highly motivated, creative, strategic and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Own the development of marketing strategies to support key retail partners across owned brands including digital and in-store activations, special capsules and partnership initiatives
- Manage the development and execution of seasonal assets to support key retail partners including brand shop updates, media network ads, emails, in-store visuals, PDP assets etc.
- Create seasonal recaps/in- campaign reporting decks to track seasonal launches, special projects and media buys
- Key point of contact for internal sales teams for all marketing requests. Manage up where appropriate to Sr. Director of Marketing
- Support field team with seasonal campaign updates, marketing tools and any special project collateral
- Own the recap process and gathering feedback for all domestic wholesale partners
- Own the creation and project management of the seasonal marketing tools
- Collect buys by division across all brands for domestic and international wholesale partners
- Own and manage shooting briefs and seasonal style outs, ensuring style selections align with retailer/partner needs
- Support Director of Partner Marketing in the development and tracking of all trim packaging, helping to develop any new trim, naming or icons for divisions we well
- as maintaining the master trim guidelines
- Partner on recruitment and management of the Marketing internDefine and communicate key responsibilities and projects for the intern
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 Year BS/BA College Degree
- 3 -5+ years of previous fashion/retail/event/marketing/media experience. Experience in trade marketing or working with Macy’s a huge plus.
- Highly motivated and can do attitude/entrepreneurial spirit
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong problem solver who thinks strategically and meets deadlines
- Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop, image and video files.
