Live Event Staff Lead

Our client, a global entertainment platform, is looking for a TEMPORARY Event Staff Lead to assist their team on-site in Washington DC for their exciting live event on July 31 and August 7!

Responsibilities:
- Checking in customers / answering any questions / scanning tickets.
- Supervising on-site event staff and ensuring daily schedules are followed.
- Assisting with breaks and providing coverage where needed.
- Supporting the team as they process transactions and troubleshoot issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for guest concerns and resolve them professionally and quickly.
- Line management.
- Adaptable and resourceful. Able to take on a variety of responsibilities in a busy environment.

Requirements:
- You must be comfortable walking, standing for long periods of time, and potentially lifting products.
- Must be comfortable working a temporary assignment on 7/31 and 8/7 on-site in Washington DC!
