Senior Account Director
Our client, a global social media marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Account Director to join their New York City team. This role will lead strategic client partnerships, oversee integrated influencer and social media campaigns, and drive business growth across a portfolio of high-profile accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of integrated social media, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns for key client accounts.
- Respond to client briefs by developing creative proposals, strategic recommendations, and impactful presentations.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
- Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring successful execution, timely delivery, and exceptional client service.
- Present campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships through strategic upselling and business development.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, planning, and production teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
- Mentor and develop junior account team members while fostering collaboration across departments.
- Participate in new business pitches and support agency growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of account management or client services experience within a social media, influencer marketing, digital, or creative agency.
- Proven experience managing high-profile client accounts and leading integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media strategy, and digital marketing.
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and developing strategic marketing recommendations.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Beauty industry experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

- Competitive salary of $180,000–$210,000.
