Senior Manager, International Accounting

Our client, a global entertainment company, is looking to hire a Senior Manager, International Accounting on a freelance basis, ASAP through March, fully onsite in NYC!

Responsibilities:
• Lead SAP-to-Oracle Fusion data validation, conversion testing, and ERP implementation activities.
• Support UAT testing and transition financial reporting from SAP BW/Longview to Oracle Fusion SmartView.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, including international accounting requirements, FX reporting, and hyperinflation accounting.
• Manage studio re-segmentation reporting, reconciliations, and finance actuals for budget-to-actual analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional and global teams to support reporting, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Analyze complex data sets and develop automated reporting solutions using advanced Excel and other tools.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience within a large public accounting firm and/or multi-entity global organization
• Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Oracle Fusion ERP
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and AI/automation)
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Entertainment or media industry experience is a plus
