Executive/Personal Travel Assistant to Chairman

Our client is seeking an Executive Personal Travel Assistant to support a high-profile Chairman. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, CEOs, or other prominent public figures. The assistant will oversee complex travel logistics, manage an ever-changing calendar, and ensure seamless coordination across the Principal's personal, household, and security teams.


Compensation: $150,000–$175,000 base salary


Candidates should have:
• Extensive experience supporting an ultra-high-net-worth individual, CEO, Chairman, celebrity, or public figure in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant capacity.
• Willing and able to travel extensively (up to 70%) in support of the Principal.
• Expert in complex domestic and international travel logistics, transportation coordination, and itinerary management.
• Exceptional calendar management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working seamlessly between a Principal's private residence and corporate office (approximately 25% home / 75% office).
• Proven ability to coordinate with Estate and Home Managers to ensure residences are fully prepared ahead of the Principal's arrival.
• Comfortable partnering with Executive Protection and Personal Security teams to facilitate safe and efficient travel.
• Experience collaborating with household staff to ensure the Principal is packed and fully prepared for travel.
• Demonstrated longevity supporting a single Principal and their family, with a reputation for discretion, loyalty, and sound judgment.
