Personal Assistant/House Manager

A HNW Hedge Fund founder is seeking a reliable and humble Personal Assistant/House Manager. The role requires discretion, strong communication, flexibility, and the ability to oversee household operations with professionalism. Ideally seeking someone with a knack and curiosity for technology. This role will be based in the corporate office with lots of errand and regional travel for household management.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support principal and family members with scheduling, appointments, and personal tasks.
-Manage calendar changes, private and commercial travel, including last-minute events and special occasions.
-Serve as primary point of contact for household and personal matters.
-Oversee day-to-day operations of the homes and household staff.
-Coordinate and work with security detail and vendors.
-Ensure the household runs smoothly and efficiently, including errands and organization.

Qualifications:
-3-10+ years of experience in high touch Executive PA support and household management
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs.
-Strong leadership skills; able to manage and supervise household staff.
-A knack and curiosity for technology
-Discretion, professionalism, and reliability are essential.
