Executive Assistant to CEO

A world-class investment firm based is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO.

Operating in tandem with a co-EA, you will act as a critical execution engine behind the CEO’s professional life. You will step into a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive partnership.

We boast an incredible, close-knit office culture of about 50 people. We work in an open, collaborative environment with a fantastic energy, a flat structure, and exceptional perks.

Location: New York, NY (West Village)
Work Setup: Hybrid (Typically 4 days in-office, 1 day remote with flexibility to be in office 5 days if needed to match the CEO’s schedule)
Hours typically 8:30am-6pm - While we maintain a 24/7 responsiveness mindset for time-sensitive matters, the CEO is highly self-sufficient and respects boundaries (no 2:00 AM wake-up calls).

Comp Range: $100,000 – $175,000 base (commensurate with experience) + generous discretionary bonus + premium benefits package

What You’ll Do
• Seamless Co-Pilot Support: Partner closely with the co-EA to divide, conquer, and manage the CEO’s daily workflows, ensuring uninterrupted, high-touch support.
• Concierge-Level Travel & Logistics: Orchestrate complex domestic and international travel end-to-end (private and commercial flights, luxury lodging, ground transport, and dining). Build meticulously detailed itineraries and handle real-time, last-minute changes on a dime.
• Meeting & Event Prep: Own the setup of executive meetings, virtual conferencing, printed materials, and catering.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage expenses, reconcile reports, maintain pristine contact databases, and act as a first line of defense for basic tech/device troubleshooting.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Spearhead special initiatives, corporate gifting, and internal events with autonomy and discretion.
