Executive Assistant

A high-performing investment firm is seeking a proactive and adaptable Executive Assistant to support two General Partners in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, high-potential candidate looking to grow within a collaborative team and gain exposure to both business and personal operations.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, emotionally intelligent, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to anticipate needs. This role offers a blend of executive support, and light office management and personal support, requiring flexibility, strong judgment, and a service-oriented mindset. The position is based in San Francisco, with occasional travel to General Partners North Bay residence.



What You’ll Do

• Provide direct executive support to two General Partners, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense tracking
• Prepare materials for meetings, assist with document management, and ensure executives are organized and prepared
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
• Assist with personal tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing household-related logistics
• Support light office management responsibilities and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations
• Anticipate needs proactively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Maintain flexibility to support occasional needs outside standard business hours



What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of professional experience (administrative, hospitality, or related fields preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to read situations and respond appropriately
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable supporting both professional and personal responsibilities
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Zoom; openness to learning new tools, including AI platforms
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Based in San Francisco; access to a car preferred for travel between locations



Compensation & Benefits

$80,000 – $100,000 base salary (flexible up to $105,000 for exceptional candidates)
• Bonus eligible (typically 10–20%, with potential for higher)
• Participation in firm carry
