Personal Assistant to CEO
A private family office is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a CEO with a diverse portfolio of personal projects and business interests.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn while working alongside a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage specialized projects and maintain accurate records and databases
-Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and time-sensitive requests
-Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and external partners
-Build and maintain strong professional relationships across a variety of stakeholders
-Track communications, documentation, and project updates
-Handle administrative tasks and special projects with a high level of discretion and accuracy
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree required
-Prior experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, coordinator, or project support role
-Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
-Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn
-Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
