Executive Assistant, Global Investment Firm - NYC

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within the Capital Markets group. This is a high-impact role for a proactive operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, efficiency, and thoughtful execution to complex workflows. You will serve as a trusted partner to the team, helping maximize productivity, manage competing priorities, and ensure seamless execution across a wide range of responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with excellent judgment, strong business intuition, and a commitment to excellence. They are energized by working alongside high-performing professionals, anticipate needs before they arise, and consistently operate with discretion and professionalism.

What You'll Do
-Own and manage multiple complex executive calendars, balancing shifting priorities across teams, stakeholders, and time zones.
-Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, ensuring flawless execution and attention to detail.
-Drive meeting logistics and preparation, including scheduling, materials, agendas, and follow-up actions.
-Maintain accurate and actionable relationship data within Salesforce and internal systems, helping support investor engagement and team effectiveness.
-Partner closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate reporting, time-tracking, and operational processes.
-Manage expense reporting and other administrative workflows with precision and efficiency.
-Anticipate scheduling conflicts, logistical challenges, and operational needs before they arise.
-Support team initiatives, special projects, and events as needed.
-Help create leverage for the executives and broader team by continuously improving processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.

What We're Looking For
-5+ years of executive support experience within venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, asset management, or another high-performance professional environment.
-Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, urgency, and sound judgment.
-Outstanding communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior executives, investors, founders, and external partners.
-Strong attention to detail paired with a solutions-oriented mindset and a bias toward action.
-High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly.
-Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex situations with poise and maturity.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
-Curiosity around AI and emerging technologies, with an interest in leveraging new tools to improve workflows and productivity.

This role follows a hybrid work schedule and requires regular in-office presence in our New York City office.
