Executive Assistant

Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic entertainment tech company, is seeking an experienced and high-energy Executive Assistant to support its CEO and Chief of Staff in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, creatives, and high-level stakeholders, serving as a trusted right hand across both strategic and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate has prior experience within a creative industry or similar and brings exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and a high level of discretion. This individual thrives in environments that require urgency, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities with precision. This role is fully onsite in downtown San Francisco and requires flexibility, including after-hours support as needed.



What You’ll Do

• Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Chief of Staff, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings
• Manage day-to-day executive workflows, ensuring alignment on priorities and preparing executives for meetings, events, and engagements
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting
• Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal leadership, artists, clients, and external partners
• Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external communications with a high level of professionalism and accuracy
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences, ensuring seamless execution
• Track timelines, manage deliverables, and proactively adjust schedules to meet shifting priorities and deadlines
• Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and records with a high level of discretion
• Support presentations and assist with troubleshooting technical or logistical challenges
• Take on ad hoc projects and responsibilities with a proactive, “no task too small” mindset



What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably within a creative industry or similar high touch environments (tech, VC, etc.)
• Proven ability to support senior executives in fast-paced, high-demand environments
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly in a changing environment
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with strong follow-through
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including artists and high-profile individuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools; ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure and tight deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
• Ability for travel as needed.



Compensation & Benefits

$120,000 – $150,000 base, depending on experience
