Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a globally recognized leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its Foodservice Marketing team across North America. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative marketing professional who enjoys balancing data analysis with hands-on execution across digital, events, and brand initiatives. The position offers strong cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact marketing programs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is based in San Francisco, CA and requires full-time onsite presence for the first six months. Following this initial period, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule.

What You’ll Do
• Support the execution of foodservice marketing programs across North America, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities
• Assist in planning and coordinating foodservice trade shows, including collaboration with chefs, vendors, and event organizers to develop booth materials, recipe cards, and promotional assets
• Maintain and update website content, including product pages, recipes, and blog posts to ensure accuracy and engagement
• Coordinate the production of retail (Canada) and foodservice promotional materials in partnership with internal teams and external vendors
• Conduct foodservice industry research using business intelligence platforms to support marketing strategy development
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to internal teams
• Create, manage, and review social media content across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn, including monthly performance reporting
• Support digital marketing initiatives with a focus on SEO and website user experience enhancements
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute PR and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience or equivalent exposure to a corporate or foodservice environment
• Experience supporting or managing social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and identifying trends
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Strong creative writing and content development skills
• Experience collaborating with PR or marketing agencies is a plus
• Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and supervisors
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on responsibilities beyond the core job scope

Compensation & Benefits
$50,000 – $70,000 /yr, depending on experience
