Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote (with flexibility to be onsite for events, receptions, and hospitality functions as needed)
A highly respected organization is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of its premier client and employee hospitality space within their New York City office.

This is a unique opportunity for a polished hospitality professional who thrives in a highly visible, relationship-focused environment. The Lounge Manager will play a critical role in creating exceptional experiences for employees, clients, executives, and guests while leading all aspects of lounge operations, beverage programming, and hospitality service delivery. This individual will be the face of the lounge and a key contributor to the firm's workplace culture and client experience initiatives.


What You'll Do


Deliver an Exceptional Hospitality Experience
• Create a welcoming, elevated atmosphere for employees, clients, visitors, and firm leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for lounge operations and hospitality services.
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, service, and attention to detail.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support receptions, happy hours, client events, and special hospitality programs.

Lead Daily Lounge Operations
• Oversee all day-to-day lounge operations to ensure seamless service and presentation.
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout the space.
• Manage beverage, food, and hospitality inventories, ensuring appropriate stock levels at all times.
• Order, receive, and track supplies while conducting regular inventory reviews and audits.
• Monitor operational expenses and support budget management initiatives.

Drive Beverage & Hospitality Programs
• Curate seasonal beverage offerings and hospitality experiences that enhance employee and guest engagement.
• Introduce creative hospitality initiatives and service enhancements that elevate the overall experience.
• Ensure all food and beverage service adheres to safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.

Manage and Develop Staff
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise lounge and hospitality staff.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and accountability.
• Coach team members on service standards, hospitality best practices, and operational procedures.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage for daily operations and special events.

Support Firm Events
• Partner closely with the Hospitality & Events team to execute receptions, networking events, client programs, and internal celebrations.
• Provide onsite hospitality support before, during, and after events.
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate varying event schedules, including occasional early mornings and evenings.

What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of leadership experience in bar management, hospitality operations, conference services, workplace hospitality, luxury hotels, professional services firms, or similar high-touch environments.
• Proven experience managing inventory, ordering supplies, budgeting, and operational processes.
• Experience hiring, training, and leading hospitality or bar service teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage service practices.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a natural ability to build relationships and create memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior executives, clients, and guests.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
