Executive Assistant to Global Head

About the Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
• Calendar & Schedule Management: Serve as the strategic gatekeeper, meticulously managing a complex, fast-moving Outlook calendar. The Executive is deeply involved in day-to-day operations and expects absolute precision.
• Global Travel & Logistics: Coordinate extensive, complex international travel arrangements, specifically managing itineraries aligned with an active fundraising cycle.
• Board & Committee Coordination: Support the Executive’s responsibilities across external Board commitments, deal flows, and all internal Investment Committee meetings.
• Expense Management: Efficiently process and track comprehensive expense reports using Concur.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Maintain a high level of responsiveness; while after-hours boundaries are deeply respected, a "24/7 mentality" is required to handle occasional time-sensitive, urgent matters.
Qualifications & Experience
• Experience: 6–10+ years of administrative experience supporting mid-level or senior leaders within the financial services industry (required). This role is specifically designed for someone ready to level up into a Global Head support position.
• Proven Longevity: A stable career trajectory is highly valued; ideally, you have only been with 2–3 firms total throughout your career.
• Education: BS/BA degree required.
• Professionalism: Exceptionally polished, articulate, and professional, balanced with an approachable and collaborative demeanor.
• Soft Skills: High EQ, rock-solid judgment, and the confidence to know when to execute independently versus when to ask clarifying questions.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 base range, commensurate with experience
• Bonus: Eligible for a generous discretionary performance bonus
• Classification: Exempt (No paid overtime)
