Human Resources Manager

Our client, a globally recognized lifestyle organization with a strong retail and wholesale presence, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as a key people partner for its Miami-based team. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to support employee engagement, workplace compliance, talent development, and day-to-day HR operations while helping foster a positive and high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on workplace matters and people-related initiatives
- Partner with leadership to address employee concerns, support performance discussions, and navigate sensitive personnel matters
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and employee development planning
- Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices while supporting compliance efforts
- Collaborate with recruiting partners and hiring managers to support staffing needs and onboarding activities
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs focused on leadership development, compliance, and employee growth
- Maintain employee records, reporting, and HR documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support immigration-related processes, including H-1B and employment sponsorship administration

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, ideally within retail, fashion, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries
- Strong background managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations
- Experience supporting employment-based immigration processes, including H-1B sponsorships
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information with discretion
- HR certification is a plus
