Executive Assistant
Senior Executive Assistant to C-Suite Leadership | Remote (MST Required) | TEMP TO HIRE | Up to 130,000
Our client, a leading insurtech company operating at the intersection of insurance and technology, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support multiple C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment on a TEMP TO HIRE basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact position supporting the Chief Product Officer, CTO, and CFO while ensuring seamless coordination across product, technology, and finance functions. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, calm under pressure, and thrives in environments with competing priorities and high-volume scheduling demands. This role is fully remote with a strong preference for MST-based candidates, and requires alignment with EST working hours.
What You’ll Do
• Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Product Officer, CTO, and CFO, including complex calendar management, inbox oversight, and meeting coordination
• Manage high-volume scheduling across multiple executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders across time zones
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and expense reporting
• Support planning and execution of offsite meetings, leadership gatherings, and internal events, including logistics, venue coordination, and scheduling
• Create, format, and consolidate Google Slides presentations and executive-level materials
• Build and maintain spreadsheets for tracking budgets, travel & expense (T&E), and operational priorities
• Partner closely with executives to anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Serve as a key point of contact and gatekeeper for communications across leadership teams and external partners
• Operate with a high level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
• Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives, ideally within tech or high-growth environments
• Proven experience managing complex calendars across multiple leaders simultaneously
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) required
• Experience supporting executives in startup or mid-sized, fast-paced organizations strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
• Calm, composed, and highly responsive in fast-moving environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working EST-aligned hours remotely
• Experience with AI tools and modern productivity systems a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if experience is strong
Compensation:
110,000-130,000 yr
• Fully remote role with MST required
