Store Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing contemporary lifestyle brand known for its elevated customer experience and highly engaged community, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a new retail location. This individual will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence while delivering a best-in-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and strong business performance
• Drive sales growth through team leadership, client engagement, and strategic business planning
• Analyze store performance and key business metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clienteling and retention initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support store objectives and brand initiatives
• Oversee inventory management, visual presentation, scheduling, payroll, and operational processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing store team
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on accountability, growth, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
• 7+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail environments
• Proven success leading teams and driving sales performance in a customer-focused setting
• Strong experience with client development, customer retention, and relationship building
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business trends and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree preferred
