Associate Attorney
Our client is a well-established litigation law firm with a strong reputation in maritime, admiralty, and insurance defense matters. The firm represents clients in complex litigation, arbitration, and appellate matters in both state and federal courts. Attorneys benefit from direct mentorship, hands-on experience, and meaningful responsibility from the outset.
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–3+ years of litigation experience to join its growing Miami office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience, direct client exposure, and a clear path for professional growth within a highly respected practice.
Qualifications
• 1–3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• Insurance defense experience preferred
• Maritime law experience highly desired
• Federal court experience strongly preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, self-motivated, and client-service oriented
