Office Manager

A rapidly scaling AI start-up is hiring for an exceptional Office Manager for their NYC HQ. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a visible, culture-driving role at a company building something truly innovative.

You’ll be the go-to person for the office - owning day-to-day operations, elevating the employee experience, and helping build structure as the company scales. This is ideal for someone who thrives in (and has experience in) a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is excited to build, improve, and take ownership.


Salary range commensurate with experience: $90–110K base (up to ~$115K for more experience) + Equity + Fully Paid Benefits, unlimited PTO, free lunch in office and fully paid benefits package

What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and facilities
• Oversee vendor coordination, office operations, and budgets
• Manage office supplies, meeting rooms, and catering/lunches
• Coordinate repairs, improvements, and overall office upkeep
• Partner with HR & IT on onboarding and desk setups
• Plan office events, social gatherings, and culture initiatives
• Help define and improve workspace processes and policies

What We’re Looking For
• 2–4+ years of Office Manager / workplace operations experience
• Background in a fast-paced, high-growth or tech/startup environment
• Strong vendor, facilities, and office coordination experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Polished, professional communicator who enjoys working across teams
• Someone curious, personable, and excited to contribute to company culture
• A self-starter who takes ownership and has excellent judgment
