Marketing Coordinator
A growing, premiere global asset management firm is hiring for a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to handle scheduling, expenses, and roadshow coordination, while supporting events and conference initiatives. This role will act as a liaison between investment professionals, external investors and sales supporting the marketing initiatives across channels.
The successful candidate will have the ability to proactively manage multiple workstreams independently and collaboratively, work on a variety of time-sensitive projects, and have the willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (slight flexibility based on experience) + Paid Overtime (will add up/expected weekly) + discretionary Bonus.

Location: Midtown East, NYC | Onsite (5 Days/Week)
Hours: Generally around 8:30am-6pm, but flexibility is required
Primary Responsibilities
• Act as the lead liaison for sales to coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and on-site due diligence.
• Partner with EAs across the firm to sync schedules of key investment professionals.
• Manage RSVPs and logistics for marketing events, webinars, and conferences.
• Assist in the distribution of marketing materials, ensuring 100% accuracy and brand consistency.
• Maintain meticulous records of investor outreach and follow-ups via CRM.
Qualifications
• 1–3 years+ in fundraising support, IR, client service, or a senior-level EA role (preferably in finance/asset management).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Advanced Outlook/Excel), and an interest in leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
• Exceptional discretion, a "hands-on" professional attitude, and the ability to pivot quickly in a time-sensitive environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
