Global Enablement Manager - Ads

We’re partnering with a leading global streaming and advertising platform for a Global Enablement Manager for a 9–10 month contract supporting a high-impact Ads Enablement team


This role sits at the intersection of enablement, ad tech, sales operations, billing workflows, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced global organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead global enablement initiatives across internal advertising and sales tools including Salesforce, Gong, and proprietary platforms
• Develop scalable training programs, workflow documentation, playbooks, and operational resources
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Billing, Operations, and Brand Partnerships teams
• Translate complex systems and workflows into simple, role-based enablement content
• Support billing and operational readiness across advertising workflows and campaign execution
• Drive adoption and readiness for evolving tools, processes, and product updates
• Facilitate live trainings, virtual enablement sessions, and self-serve learning resources for global teams
• Gather stakeholder feedback, identify operational pain points, and help prioritize enablement needs across regions



WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5–8+ years of experience in Enablement, Sales Operations, Program Management, Revenue Operations, or related functions
• Strong SaaS, ad tech, media, or advertising platform experience
• Experience supporting internal tools such as Salesforce, Gong, or proprietary ad systems
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate highly matrixed organizations
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and establish priorities confidently
• Experience simplifying complex workflows into scalable training and documentation
• Prior experience supporting Sales, Account Management, Brand Partnerships, or Revenue Operations teams is highly preferred
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment
