Senior Organizational Change Manager
A global consumer brand is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead enterprise AI adoption initiatives across creative, marketing, technology, and operations teams. This is a highly strategic role focused on driving successful adoption of Generative AI tools, AI-enabled workflows, and intelligent automation programs across a complex global organization.
This is not a traditional communications-focused OCM role. The ideal candidate understands how to drive behavioral change, operational adoption, and measurable business impact within large-scale AI transformation programs.
HOURLY RATE: up to 80/hr (depending on experience)
LOCATION: On-site in El Segundo
DURATION: ~1 year
What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end organizational change strategy for enterprise AI initiatives and digital transformation programs
• Partner closely with product, technology, and business stakeholders to design scalable AI adoption frameworks
• Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and future-state workflow design discussions
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments, change impact analyses, and adoption risk evaluations
• Develop executive-facing reporting tied to adoption KPIs, ROI, productivity gains, and business outcomes
• Create AI enablement and learning strategies including AI literacy programs and role-based training
• Embed OCM activities into Agile delivery environments, sprint cadences, and cross-functional program governance
• Build stakeholder personas, adoption journeys, and communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences
• Monitor adoption data, user feedback, and engagement metrics to continuously optimize change interventions
What We’re Looking For:
• 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, Organizational Development, or Enterprise Change Leadership
• 3+ years supporting AI, automation, intelligent systems, or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience driving adoption within Agile or SAFe delivery environments
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Hands-on experience facilitating workshops, future-state process mapping, and stakeholder discovery sessions
• Proven ability to build adoption measurement frameworks, benefits realization models, and ROI reporting
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, AI-assisted workflows, and enterprise AI adoption challenges
• Experience supporting global, matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder environments
