Sr Digital Marketing Manager

Our client, a premium consumer brand located in the heart of Los Angeles, is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a temporary contract basis. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on email, SMS, paid media, and lifecycle marketing.

The ideal candidate can step in quickly, manage key digital channels, and support product launches, promotions, and retention campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

This is a HYBRID 6-month temporary role in Los Angeles.
Pay: $40–65/hour

Responsibilities
• Own and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
• Build and optimize automated flows, segmentation, and testing strategies
• Support product launches and go-to-market campaigns across CRM channels
• Lead execution of promotional campaigns, including Black Friday/Cyber Monday
• Manage SMS strategy, campaign performance, and list growth
• Partner cross-functionally with creative, eCommerce, and product teams
• Monitor paid media performance and collaborate with agency/internal teams
• Oversee referral marketing initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Drive customer retention, engagement, and lifecycle marketing initiatives

Qualifications
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce or DTC brands
• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (email + SMS)
• Experience with paid media channels such as Meta and display advertising
• Proven success driving revenue through lifecycle/CRM marketing
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have
• Experience with premium consumer or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with SMS compliance best practices
• Experience managing agencies or external partners
• International or localization marketing experience
