Executive Assistant – Italian Speaking

A world-renowned global private equity firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join its high-performing Midtown Manhattan office. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with a senior executive while becoming an integral part of a sophisticated, collaborative, and internationally connected team.

The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where professionalism, discretion, and relationship management are paramount. With the firm’s strong European presence, fluency in ITALIAN is REQUIRED, as this role will serve as a key liaison across international offices and stakeholders.

Location: Midtown Manhattan — Fully Onsite (5 days/week)
Hours: 8:30/9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Executive Support: Serve as the primary partner and gatekeeper to a Senior Principal, expertly managing an ever-evolving calendar, prioritizing communications, and ensuring meetings run seamlessly with all necessary materials prepared in advance.
• Global Coordination: Coordinate sophisticated domestic and international travel itineraries and logistics across multiple time zones in partnership with the firm’s dedicated travel agency.
• Bilingual Business Communication: Leverage professional fluency in Italian to manage communications and correspondence with European offices, investors, and senior stakeholders.
• Financial Administration: Handle detailed expense management and reimbursement processes with precision, efficiency, and confidentiality.
• Office Operations & Hospitality: Help maintain a polished, first-class office environment by greeting high-profile guests and investors, coordinating conference room logistics and catering, and overseeing office operations and supplies.

The Ideal Candidate
• Relevant Experience: 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience within private equity, finance, investment banking, or another fast-paced professional services environment.
• Italian Fluency: Native-level or professional fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required.
• Executive Presence: Highly polished, articulate, and emotionally intelligent with the ability to navigate senior-level interactions with confidence and professionalism.
• Operational Excellence: Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure with a natural ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
• Team-Oriented Mindset: Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented culture and enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing administrative team.
