Senior Manager, Analytics
Our client, a marketing agency, is looking for a Senior Manager, Analytics on a temp to perm basis, ASAP! This role requires 2x/week onsite in Brooklyn.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics strategy, measurement frameworks, and testing plans aligned with client goals and media performance.
- Develop and deliver dashboards, forecasts, reporting, and insights using media, behavioral, and business data.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytics outputs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve analytics processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Support forecasting, financial performance tracking, and monthly invoicing activities.
- Manage, mentor, and develop analysts while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, marketing measurement, or a related field.
- 2+ years of people management experience with a track record of coaching and developing team members.
- Strong expertise in digital media measurement and analytics frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and BI/visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Experience with marketing platforms (Google, Meta, Adobe, Salesforce) and data integration tools such as Adverity, Fivetran, Funnel, or ChannelMix.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and team development.
