Senior Analyst

A high-growth, performance-driven marketing agency is looking for a Senior Analytics Lead to join their team and drive strategic measurement, reporting, and analytics initiatives across major client accounts.


This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of media analytics, business strategy, data storytelling, and team leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in digital marketing measurement, reporting infrastructure, optimization strategy, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced agency environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead analytics strategy and measurement frameworks across multiple client portfolios
• Translate complex campaign and business data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Oversee dashboards, reporting systems, forecasting, and performance analysis initiatives
• Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and operational scalability across analytics workflows
• Partner closely with media, strategy, finance, and cross-functional teams to drive business impact
• Diagnose performance challenges and develop optimization strategies that improve efficiency and growth
• Support forecasting, pacing, and portfolio-level financial stewardship initiatives
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture



What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, digital marketing measurement, or performance reporting
• 2+ years of team management experience
• Strong expertise across paid media analytics, attribution, reporting, and measurement strategy
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI/visualization tools
• Experience working with platforms such as Google, Meta, Adobe, Salesforce, Adverity, Fivetran, Funnel, or ChannelMix
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive stakeholders
• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Previous agency experience strongly preferred
