Production Coordinator - Men's

Our client, a manufacturer of Men's Woven Apparel, is seeking a production coordinator to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all stages of production from purchase order issuance through final delivery
  • Enter and manage production data in A2000 ERP system
  • Track production timelines, monitor milestones, and follow up with overseas factories
  • Review purchase orders, costing, and production details
  • Manage sample approvals, lab dips, trims, and bulk submissions
  • Communicate daily with vendors and factories regarding
  • Maintain and update WIP (Work in Progress) reports and production calendars
  • Identify and proactively address potential production delays or quality concerns
  • Assist with shipping coordination and delivery tracking

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in production or similar capacity
  • Strong working knowledge of A2000 ERP system required
  • Solid understanding of garment construction, production timelines, and factory communication
  • Experience working with overseas vendors and managing multiple production calendarsExceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
