Sr. Quality Systems Engineer
A global consumer products company is building out a newly formed Global Quality Systems team as part of a large-scale digital transformation initiative supporting Quality, Safety, Regulatory, and Compliance operations worldwide.
This is an opportunity to join the team at the ground level and play a key role in implementing and supporting enterprise quality systems that impact global product development, manufacturing, and compliance processes.
What You’ll Do:
• Support and administer EQMS modules and other quality systems (including LIMS)
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and drive solution design
• Lead system enhancements, implementations, testing, UAT, and ongoing support
• Configure systems, manage permissions, and troubleshoot user issues
• Drive project management efforts across system updates and process improvements
• Conduct demos, trainings, and stakeholder sessions across global teams
• Partner closely with organizational change management and training teams to support adoption and communication initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5+ years of systems engineering experience
• Experience supporting enterprise quality systems, EQMS, LIMS, or related platforms
• Strong background in system configuration and project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable leading virtual meetings, trainings, and cross-functional discussions
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Veeva Vault White Belt Certification preferred
• Ability to support occasional meetings outside standard business hours and travel approximately 10%
