Sample Coordinator

A growing lifestyle and apparel brand is seeking a highly organized Sample Coordinator to support the Product Development, Design, and Sales teams during a busy seasonal period. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment, enjoys keeping processes organized, and can manage multiple moving pieces across departments.



What You’ll Do‍

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing samples across Product Development, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Organize and ship samples for sales meetings, trade shows, photoshoots, and sales reps
• Track seasonal samples, maintain shipping logs, and monitor vendor WIP updates and ETAs
• Manage sample databases within PLM and Excel
• Maintain showroom organization, seasonal racks, design closets, and sample libraries
• Review and prep samples prior to internal reviews and external shipments
• Coordinate sample requests for marketing, photography, and major retail partners
• Support daily operational tasks including filing, shipping, receiving packages, and maintaining fabric/trim libraries
• Attend cross-functional calendar meetings to stay aligned on key seasonal deadlines and deliverables
  
  

What We’re Looking For:‍

• Previous sample coordination or fashion production support experience preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• PLM or Centric experience is a plus
• Fashion or apparel industry experience strongly preferred
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed
