Executive Assistant

An established organization within the real estate space is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support a dynamic, hands-on C-suite. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and operates as a true right hand. The ideal candidate brings exceptional judgment, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to seamlessly manage both professional and personal priorities with discretion and consistency.

Responsibilities
• Manage a complex, ever-evolving calendar, including scheduling and meeting preparation
• Serve as a central point of coordination between the CEO, leadership, and external partners
• Track priorities and ensure consistent follow-through across key initiatives
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, along with related logistics
• Maintain organized records and assist with tracking business, financial, and real estate-related documents
• Manage expense reporting and administrative processes
• Support personal scheduling, household coordination, and special projects
• Liaise with external advisors, including legal and financial partners
• Assist with light office coordination and team support as needed

Qualifications
• 7 to 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar senior support role
• Experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and sound judgment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
• Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable
• Polished, reliable, and calm under pressure
