Executive Assistant

Our client is a high-growth, unicorn AI company. This role sits within their Enterprise Team, a high-impact, client-facing group responsible for driving relationships and revenue across Fortune 500 companies and leading financial institutions. The team is known for its intensity, polish, and high standards — operating with the rigor of top-tier consulting firms while moving at startup speed.

The Opportunity
This is a superstar Executive Assistant role supporting the VP of Enterprise AI, who leads the company’s enterprise go-to-market function. This is a high-visibility, high-intensity position at the center of a rapidly scaling business — ideal for an EA who thrives in demanding, client-facing environments.

You’ll partner with a leader who operates at a relentless pace, engages with senior stakeholders across major global organizations, and requires a right hand who can anticipate needs, execute flawlessly, and maintain composure under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a complex, ever-changing calendar for a senior executive, balancing internal priorities with external client demands
- Coordinate high-volume, high-stakes meetings with senior stakeholders across Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions
- Orchestrate seamless domestic and international travel, often with last-minute changes
- Partner closely with EAs and stakeholders across client organizations to ensure alignment and execution at the highest level
- Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner — prioritizing, triaging, and ensuring the executive’s time is optimized
- Maintain precision and professionalism across all communications and logistics
- Provide additional support as needed in a fast-moving, high-performance environment

Ideal Background:
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in top-tier consulting firms or investment banking environments
- Proven experience supporting partner- or MD-level executives in high-intensity, client-facing roles
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing complex calendars and logistics flawlessly
- Impeccable professionalism, polish, and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Strong judgment and ability to anticipate needs several steps ahead
- Highly responsive, flexible, and committed to excellence

Schedule & Expectations:
- In-office in San Francisco (SoMa) Monday–Friday, ~9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Evening and weekend responsiveness required given the pace of the business
- Occasional Saturday support (remote, as needed — not a standing in-office day)

This is a rare opportunity to step into a top-tier EA role at the intersection of AI, enterprise, and high-stakes client engagement. If you’re driven, used to operating at an elite level, and want to partner with a leader shaping the future of enterprise AI, this role delivers both challenge and impact.
