The Opportunity
This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to become a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership at a fast-paced venture firm. Sitting at the center of key relationships, investments, and operations, you’ll play a critical role in helping Partners operate efficiently and effectively while gaining exposure to some of the most exciting founders and companies shaping the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, fast-moving calendars across multiple time zones with precision and foresight
- Coordinate founder meetings, investor calls, board sessions, and internal leadership meetings
- Serve as a key point of contact for founders, investors, and external stakeholders
- Draft communications, prepare meeting materials, and ensure seamless follow-through on action items
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries, and expense management
- Support investment operations, including pipeline tracking, CRM updates, and document coordination
- Assist with logistics for off-sites, leadership events, and firm gatherings
- Anticipate challenges proactively and keep priorities moving forward in a dynamic environment
Ideal Background
- 3+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced startup, venture capital, private equity, or high-growth environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism handling confidential information
- Experience managing competing priorities with calmness and efficiency
- Proficiency across Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern productivity tools
- Comfortable learning and leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
