Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid 4/1)
Compensation: $130,000 – 155,000 + Bonus + Strong Benefits

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic team of investment professionals in a true, traditional Executive Assistant capacity. You’ll be embedded with a group that moves quickly, thinks critically, and operates at a high level — requiring an EA who can keep pace, stay two steps ahead, and bring a calm, solutions-oriented presence to every interaction.

This role offers meaningful exposure to the private equity space and is ideal for someone who takes pride in ownership, thrives under pressure, and is eager to grow alongside a top-tier team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple team members, ensuring priorities are aligned
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including investor and deal-related meetings
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries
- Handle expense reporting
- Act as a central point of coordination for scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day support needs
- Partner closely with the team to anticipate needs and streamline workflows
- Provide general administrative support to keep the team operating efficiently

Ideal Background
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the finance industry required
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in standard business tools and systems
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and “see around corners”
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability; someone who fully embraces their role
- Calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities

Additional Details
- Hybrid schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
- Early start time (approximately 7:30am in-office; some flexibility may be available)
