HR Coordinator
Our client, a Junior's apparel manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support their daily HR operations in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll processing, including timekeeping, data entry, and coordination with the payroll provider
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration.
- Support with staffing and recruitment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Provide general administrative support to HR and leadership teams
- Manage office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and office needs
- Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc requests.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support (fashion or retail industry highly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., ADP) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
