Assistant Planner

Our client, a global fashion and lifestyle brand with a strong direct-to-consumer presence, is seeking an Assistant Planner to support daily planning operations across ecommerce and retail channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to build a strong foundation in inventory planning and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning teams with reporting, data entry, and analysis
  • Maintain and distribute weekly business performance reports
  • Assist in tracking inventory levels and sales trends
  • Support forecasting and replenishment planning activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business goals
  • Assist with performance recaps and analysis of key metrics
  • Learn and utilize planning tools and systems to support business needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or a related field preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
