Project Manager (Premium Packaging & Gifting)

We’re partnering with a fast-paced, creative production team to identify a highly organized and client-facing Project Manager with deep experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, and event-related production workflows. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment and can confidently manage projects from concept through execution while collaborating cross-functionally with clients, vendors, and internal creative teams.

Duration: 3 months with possible extension

Pay: $40-$45/hr

Location: Beverly Hills, Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end timelines, production schedules, and deliverables for promotional product and experiential/event-related projects
• Partner closely with vendors to source, decorate, and produce branded merchandise and premium products
• Research retail and promotional product trends, materials, and production solutions
• Oversee decoration methods and production processes including screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, pad printing, engraving, packaging, and specialty finishes
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track
• Problem-solve production challenges and provide solution-oriented recommendations throughout the lifecycle of each project
• Track approvals, revisions, samples, timelines, and follow-up items with extreme attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of project management experience within promotional products, branded merchandise, experiential, events, or production environments
• Deep knowledge of premium product production and decoration method
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and communication abilities
• Client-facing experience with the confidence to lead conversations and manage expectations
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and fast-moving priorities simultaneously
• Creative mindset with an eye for product quality, branding, and presentation
• Packaging experience is a plus
