Executive Assistant – Premier Private Equity Firm

 A highly respected and collaborative Private Equity firm in Midtown is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Location: Midtown
Schedule: Fully onsite Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Partnership: Provide sophisticated, high-level support to two senior executives, managing complex and ever-changing calendars, meeting     coordination, and domestic/international travel arrangements.
  • Strategic Coordination: Assist with key business initiatives, including recruitment scheduling, project coordination, and Salesforce management.
  • Presentation & Materials Development: Create and refine polished presentations, reports, and pitch materials using PowerPoint.
  • Collaborative Team Support: Partner closely with a highly regarded EA team to ensure seamless coverage and operational excellence across the organization.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate executive and team needs, manage special  projects, take detailed meeting notes, and help drive efficiency as the firm continues to grow.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience within finance, private equity, investment banking, or a similarly fast-paced professional services     environment.
  • Team-First Mentality: A proactive, adaptable professional who enjoys both high-level executive support and pitching in wherever needed.
  • Exceptional Judgment: Demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and a strong understanding of confidentiality.
  • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Operates with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and commitment to excellence.
