The Opportunity:
We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support two Managing Partners while serving as a key operational hub for the firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating order from complexity, and finds genuine satisfaction in making executives and teams more effective. You'll be a trusted partner responsible for anticipating needs before they arise, protecting priorities, managing competing demands with grace, and ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. Success in this role requires outstanding judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with executives, founders, investors, and other high-profile stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Executive Support
- Own and expertly manage complex calendars for two Managing Partners
- Coordinate meetings, prioritize competing requests, and protect strategic focus time
- Ensure executives are prepared for every meeting with thoughtful planning and proactive communication
- Manage domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries, and expense reporting
Office Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a collaborative, high-performing office
- Manage vendors, facilities, office supplies, security coordination, and workplace logistics
- Create a welcoming, polished environment for employees and visitors alike
Events & Experiences
- Help execute high-profile investor events, team offsites, dinners, and multi-day annual meetings
- Coordinate vendors, catering, AV, guest logistics, seating, contracts, payments, and on-site execution
- Ensure every event reflects the firm's exceptional standards and attention to detail
Relationship & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and relationship data
- Build and manage guest lists, invitations, and event tracking
- Serve as a warm, polished, and professional ambassador for founders, investors, and key external partners
What We're Looking For:
- 4–6+ years supporting senior executives, ideally within venture capital, startups, private equity, or startup environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through—you don't wait to be asked; you anticipate what's needed
- Comfortable using modern technology including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, CRM platforms, and AI-powered productivity tools
- Experience with office management and event coordination is highly desirable
- Interest in climate innovation, sustainability, or venture investing is a plus, but curiosity and enthusiasm matter most
