- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Contribute to key commercial initiatives and external relationships
Strengthen Leadership Alignment
- Act as a link between the CEO and senior leadership team
- Help ensure decisions are made, communicated clearly, and executed effectively
- Support collaboration across a geographically distributed organization
What You Bring

- Experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Clear and structured communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and time zones
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff
- Background in media, advertising or consumer goods
- An exceptional problem solver with strong business judgment
- Highly operational with a proven ability to implement structure and processes
- Equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing tactically
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to roll up your sleeves daily
- Able to navigate ambiguity and stay effective in a fluid, ever-changing environment
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Action-oriented with a bias toward execution and results
- Possess a high EQ
- Minimum of a 4 yr college degree; MBA strongly preferred
