Executive & Personal Assistant

Our client, a fast-growing fashion brand in Miami, is seeking an experienced Executive & Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in a highly dynamic role. This position will oversee complex scheduling, travel coordination, personal logistics, and day-to-day executive support while acting as a trusted gatekeeper and operational partner.

The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. A strong sense of discretion, urgency, and a “no task too big or too small” mindset is essential.

Responsibilities include:
-Complex calendar and travel management
-Coordinating business and personal logistics
-Preparing meeting materials and itineraries
-Expense reporting and administrative support
-Managing communication across internal and external stakeholders
-Handling special projects, errands, and day-to-day operational needs

Qualifications:
-8+ years supporting senior executives or founders
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Highly adaptable with excellent judgment and discretion
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools
