Coordinator, Talent Management

A boutique talent management firm is seeking a Coordinator to support senior talent managers (2) with client project coordination, scheduling, communications, and general administrative/project support. This is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in the fashion, entertainment, photography and media space.

Compensation & Benefits: $45,000 to $48,000 base salary + Healthcare benefits with employer contribution, 401(k) with company contribution, Flexible/unlimited PTO + paid overtime

Schedule: 3 days/week in office in NYC, 2 days remote (typically) from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with flexibility if needed

Responsibilities include:
• Supporting two talent managers with day-to-day client and project coordination
• Managing timelines, deliverables, and follow-up across multiple projects
• Coordinating logistics, scheduling, and communications with clients and external partners
• Helping keep internal trackers, materials, and project details organized
• Assisting with research, presentations, and general team support as needed

Qualifications:

• Internship or assistant experience in talent management, representation, fashion, media, photography, production, brand marketing, or related fields
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving pieces
• Interest in and knowledge of the fashion and entertainment industries
• Poilshed written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and keep projects moving
