Sales Assistant

Our client, a wholesale apparel manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Assistant in NYC!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support across customer, sales, and operational functions.
  • Assist with client communications, inquiries, and relationship management.
  • Coordinate and track orders, inventory updates, and other business processes as needed.
  • Support team initiatives, projects, and departmental goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support various administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing, sales support, operations, or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software.
