Trang Pham Nguyen brings a natural talent for organization and planning to her role as Event Staffing and Operations Coordinator at Career Group Events. Known for always coordinating outings and events among friends, her transition into the events industry felt like a natural next step.

Before joining Career Group Companies, Trang gained experience working with major entertainment brands, where she developed a strong foundation in fast-paced, large-scale event environments. She especially enjoys seeing months of preparation come to life on event day. Trang earned her degree in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. Outside of work, she enjoys partner dancing on the weekends and traveling internationally as a solo female traveler.
