She was drawn to recruiting for its rewarding, people-focused nature and the opportunity to help individuals navigate their next career chapter.

Prior to joining CGC, Serina worked as a Wholesale Assistant and Administrative Assistant, experiences that strengthened her organizational skills and communication style. She holds a degree in Health Science and Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
