Mollie Edsell is a Recruiting Associate with Career Group Companies’ Fashion & Fitness division, where she supports creative, driven talent in finding roles aligned with their skills and career goals. She began her recruiting career in the EdTech space, hiring and placing teachers and artists across New York City, which sparked her passion for working with creatives, designers, and educators.

Prior to joining CGC, Mollie worked in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, most recently as an HR Assistant with Hermès of Paris, and previously as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Togetherhood. She holds a degree in Forensic Science and Psychology from Syracuse University.

Mollie is motivated by helping candidates confidently share their experience and reach meaningful career milestones. Outside of work, she is a singer-songwriter and performer, and enjoys yoga and cooking.
