Lizzy Rojas is an Account Executive in the Miami office, where she is passionate about building meaningful connections between talented professionals and growing organizations. Her interest in recruiting began during college while working as a campus ambassador, where she discovered how much she enjoyed fostering relationships and sharing career opportunities with others.

Prior to joining Career Group Companies, Lizzy began her professional career in education before transitioning into recruiting roles supporting talent initiatives and candidate experience. These experiences strengthened her ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and guide individuals through important career decisions.

Lizzy earned her degree in Political Science from Bucknell University. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through fitness, shooting film photography, and traveling whenever she has the opportunity.
