Lizzie O’Neill is a Recruiting and Operations Associate for Syndicatebleu at Career Group Companies. She began her career in tech sales but quickly realized her true passion was people, not products. Drawn to recruiting for its impact and human connection, Lizzie now channels her energy into helping others find meaningful career opportunities. Lizzie looks for strong communication skills, genuine enthusiasm and great preparation in her candidates. Prior to joining CGC, she worked at a cybersecurity firm and held roles in client service, coaching, and operations. She thrives in fast-paced, people-first environments and is always eager to learn from the diverse candidates she meets. Outside of work, Lizzie is passionate about CorePower yoga and hopes to become an instructor in the future.
