Lizzie O'Neill

Lizzie O'Neill was drawn to recruiting because it offered the fast-paced, relationship-driven environment she enjoyed, while providing the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people, roles, and industries. She loves helping candidates navigate their job search and connecting them with opportunities that can have a meaningful impact on their careers.

What Lizzie enjoys most about her role is knowing the work she does directly affects people's lives. She encourages job seekers to be patient throughout the process and stay focused on finding an opportunity they are genuinely excited about.

When evaluating candidates, Lizzie looks for demonstrated career growth, strong communication skills, and professionalism throughout the hiring process. She believes candidates who can clearly articulate their experience and goals are best positioned for success.

Lizzie earned her degree in Communications from Boston College, where she was also a member of the Division I women's lacrosse team. Prior to joining CGC, she worked in sales for a cybersecurity SaaS company.

Outside of work, Lizzie enjoys coaching youth lacrosse, exploring new bakeries, and searching for the perfect cinnamon roll or donut!
